List of small industrial zones in Tay Ninh Province

Currently, in addition to large industrial parks (IPs) / industrial zones (IZs) in Tay Ninh province (South of Vietnam) such as Phuoc Dong Industrial Park that has been exploited for rent with thousand hectares, there are still smaller industrial parks in Tay Ninh province under operations, which may provide domestic and foreign investors with more choices.

Below is information of current small-scale industrial parks as planning of Tay Ninh Authority:

1. Ben Keo Industrial Park

- Scale: 33.88 hectares.

- Occupancy rate: 71.6%.

- Location: Long Thanh Nam Commune, Hoa Thanh District, Tay Ninh Province (next to National Highway 22B).

2. Hoa Hoi Industrial Park

- Scale: 30.0 ha.

- Investor: no.

- Fill rate: 100%.

- Location: Bo Lon hamlet, Hoa Hoi commune, Chau Thanh district, Tay Ninh province (Bien Bien commune).

3. Ninh Dien Industrial Park

- Scale: 50.0 ha.

- Investor: no.

- Fill rate: 100%.

- Location: Go Noi hamlet, Ninh Dien commune, Chau Thanh district, Tay Ninh province (Bien Bien commune).

4. Tan Hoi Industrial Park

- Scale: 50.0 ha.

- Investor: Tan Hoi Industrial Cluster Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company

- Occupancy rate: 21.9%.

- Location: Hoi An hamlet, Tan Hoi commune, Tan Chau district, Tay Ninh province (near TL 785; Bien Bien commune).

5. Thanh Xuan Industrial Park

- Scale: 47.85 ha.
