With an investment of about USD 350 million, Phuoc Dong is considered an industrial-commercial-residential complex with an environmentally friendly manufacturing environment and a modern and creative living area. Phuoc Dong includes industrial land for manufacturing and residential and commercial areas to support the manufacturing section. The industrial park area with the area of 2,190 ha is located in the 3,285 ha complex. Phuoc Dong IP spans over Go Dau district and Trang Bang town. Phuoc Dong IP is located in the heart of Tay Ninh province is the main connection point between Ho Chi Minh City and Phnom Penh, two important economic and cultural centers of Vietnam and Cambodia. Tay Ninh is Vietnam's western gateway connecting Cambodia and Thailand markets through Moc Bai international border gate and other national border gates. Therefore, with such a strategic location, Phuoc Dong has advantages in road and inland waterway transportation: Phuoc Dong IP is adjacent to the future Ho Chi Minh - Moc Bai Expressway, promising fast travel between the IP and Ho Chi Minh city. Phuoc Dong IP is also adjacent to Thanh Phuoc port which is a joint venture between Sai Gon VRG and CJ Korea Express - providing fast cargo transport via waterway to Cat Lai port and other major ports in Ho Chi Minh city.

Tay Ninh is a province in the Southeastern region of Vietnam. Tay Ninh is located at the bridge between Ho Chi Minh City and the capital Phnom Penh, the kingdom of Cambodia and is one of the provinces in the Southern key economic zone. Tay Ninh province has a 240 km long border with 3 international border gates such as Moc Bai, Xa Mat and Tan Nam, national border gates: Chang Riec, Kà Tum, Phuoc Tan and many small border gates. Like other Southeast provinces, Tay Ninh province is also a region with a transition terrain from the South Central Highlands to the Mekong Delta, with relatively flat and hard land suitable for factory construction without the need to do piling.

POWER SUPPLY

WATER SUPPLY

Power is provided stably from on-site transformers. The system is invested, operated and maintained by Sai Gon VRG - to ensure power quality to the client's factory. Total capacity: 567 MVA

Clean water is supplied from on-site water supply plants, with total capacity of 120,000 m3/day-night with water quality satisfying Vietnam standards. "Raw" water supplied from the East canal is 220,000 m3/day-night. Water source from Dau Tieng Lake surface (1.58 billion m3)

WASTEWATER TREATMENT

TOPOGRAPHY

Wastewater is collected and treated centrally at the on-site wastewater treatment stations with total capacity of 160,000 m3/day-night, Treated water meet Grade A standards as prescribed in QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT

The Industrial Park has good geology with flat terrain, hard soil (compressive strenght of 17 tons/sqm), thus saving construction costs on piling. The elevation at 12-17m above sea level helps to drain well, limit flooding

Wide roads, meeting the needs of clients: Main road: 6 lanes with width of 60m; Internal road: 2-4 lanes with width of 18-29m. Sai Gon VRG open more roads when & where needed
