Distribution warehouse of Thien Long in Binh Chanh Ho Chi Minh

On October 17th, 2022, Thien Long Group have just hold the Opening of Distribution Center, which is for storing and distributing stationery equipment with scale of 14,000 m2 at Le Minh Xuan 3 Industrial Park, Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.This event is considered the initial co-operation between Thien Long Group and Sai Gon VRG Investment Corporation.

 

The distribution center started construction in December 2021 at Le Minh Xuan 3 Industrial Park, under the project "Standard Factory Cluster for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises and Supporting Industries" established by Sai Gon VRG. As designed, this center consists of two warehouses, each of which is equipped with five-storey storage racks. The total construction area of ​​this project is 14,000 m2.

It is known that Thien Long Distribution Center Project in Le Minh Xuan 3 Industrial Park will be operated by Thien Long Hoan Cau Trading and Service Co. Ltd., (a member of Thien Long Group). As designed, the storage capacity is able to reach up to 14,000 tons of products and serve up to 1,000 e-commerce orders per shift. The warehouse system will be the location for distributing stationery, glue, fine arts and STEAM & DIY product expanded groups, etc. to target domestic consumer market.

Thien Long will apply WHM (Warehouse Mangement) and SAP to operate this center to help optimize management capability, reduce operation costs and make it ready for goods distribution. Strategically, the center will optimize logistics costs, help Thien Long’s goods to satisfy consumers quickly, which leads to increasing competitiveness of Thien Long.

With the success of Thien Long's project in Le Minh Xuan 3 Industrial Park, Sai Gon VRG Corporation get more motivated to deploy more high-quality projects on factories and warehouses for lease, which can serve marketing demands increasing coming years.
